ok i have a 90 4runner with a 3vz engine and decided to go with a 5vz swap. while i was searching for swap parts i found a 96 4runner with a 5vz in it for pretty cheap. but it is an auto and mine is a manual. i would like to stay manual so i was wondering what would my options be as far as putting my transmission into the 96 or the 5vz into my 90. would i need a different cross member. what would you guys do?
