One part of NASA uses Metric, another one uses Inches...they don't tell each other and slam a billion dollar probe into Venus because the altimeter was supposed thinking Hey I @ 300 Meters not 300 feet...Yep they are qualified to figure out this issue.

 

I think NASA recruits former Harley engineers to work for them and thats the reason for such shoddy work.

 

If NASA engineers are supposed to be the best and and brightest, and they can't figure out Toyota engineering...
