Tire pressures for snow?

Next month I'm going on a snow run with some TLCA guys. A few of them are suggest airing down to 5 psi on the Nittos. That sounds awfully low, but they say it works best in 1'-2' of wet or powder.

What psi do you run and what kind of snow conditions? Input from all tire types appreciated, especially Nitto TG's and BFG A/T users. TIA...

Remember, the same amount of air is going to check at a lower psi when the tires are that cold. Single digit psi's are common. Sorry I can't provide more specific details, cuz I've never run that size/brand tire

On all my differenet tires I have run from 8-15 on the snow. Based on snow compsition and depth. The low pressure is amazing for traction and flotaion.
