Timing chain Tensioner

Wasnt sure if this is ok or not.

Is it flat when its new or does it have grooves in it like it has here when new.

Also, if you're into your engine that far, there's just no reason not to replace it. Along with the chain and guides. And possibly oil pump, water pump...

But yeah, they don't have grooves in them when they're new.

dont be cheap, just by a complete kit with everything new...

engnbldr is a prime example where cost and quailty are met!
