I got the steering rods recall and toyota told me my tie rods were extremely worn. Everytime i go over a bump on my right side,which im pretty sure the side with the bad tie rod is my truck will make a slight rattle,could this be my tie rods or is it something entirely different.Also I have brand new ranchos on the front and replaced a defective cv joint on the right side so i doubt those would be the noise

 

I don't see how a tie rod could make a rattling noise. Your rattle is probably inner spindle bushings.
