Yes, but with new gears you want to avoid wheeling, towing, racing, full throttle driving for those 500 miles. As well as drive the inital 25, let it cool, then dont go more than about 100 with out letting it cool....
I also reccomend getting a second mag plug from toyota to go in the fill plug.
