question about chrome (spraypaint touch up)

i was just wondering if it is possible to recoat the chrome on the plastic (grill in specific) with spray paint chrome. there is no way of avoiding bug strikes, rocks, ect, that chips away the chrome on our vehicles. but i am hoping that this can be touched up with a coat of spray chrome, or should i just deal with it because its a truck??

spray chrome is not even close to the same looks as real chrome. your better off spraying the whole thing although there is a spray able chrome coating that is close, but its expensive http://www.alsacorp.com/products/kil...llerchrome.htm
