quality of shackles?

dick cepek shackles?
i found this shackle kit from dick cepek, and was wanting to know what the general opinion is on them, and if anyone has every used them, are they a good buy? they seem kinda cheap, and usually cheap is not good when you put it on your truck, and if i don't hear anything good about them i will buy from 4crawler.com.
