thanks!

i got stuck a few times, but only because i was asking for it.
i found my self literally beating my way threw the deep snow in 25' increments.

we were trying to get threw eden valley to I5.
it got so deep we couldn't go forward anymore so we had no choice but to turn around.

We went 2 weeks ago and ended up spending half the day winching GMCs and Fords out of ditches. It was so fun pulling big HD trucks out with my little truck...and they even payed me

Talking How about some urban snow wheeling?

2009 xmas-eve blizzard in Tulsa (was trying to "drive through" town). 50mph+ winds, 2-3 inches/hour.

There were reports of 8 inches falling during the night.

I saw tons of vehicles off of the highway (US75) on the south side of town, even saw a pair of pickups just drive off into the ditch. The lead vehicle had apparently lost track of the highway and the second pickup just followed the taillights. I was #3 in that train but was tracking the edge of the median grass out the drivers window.

While cruising up a hill on I-44, came across a Prius that was having traction problems. He flagged me down and asked if I could give him a push up the hill. I politely declined. Later up that same hill, a mitsu sports car was having similar problems and had a pair of buds trying to push him around so that he could get the noise pointed up the hill.

The entire time, I never came close to getting stuck. I *heart* my 4Runner.

Here's what I woke up to xmas morning:

i only have 2 pics of my truck in the snow..we are supposed to be getting some more here pretty soon and me and my buddies are goin wheelin it!!!!

that was christmas morning (well noon lol) at my grandmothers house eating with the family

later that same day i ran across some deep snow (for around here) it was on the edge of the field..about 3ft more in front of the truck is a smal like 2ft hill up to the fence-line.

i found some deeper snow later in the day (over my hood) but i couldn't get out of my truck because it was WAYYY too muddy LOL!!!

oh yea..and i drove up some piles of snow/ice/slush at a walmart that was over 8ft tall LOL!!!
