Can I get a 'whooop whooop' from all the other 2nd genner's here? We got the best of the best boys and girls! Everyone else is just jealous of our 3.ooooooyea!

No seriously, 2nd gen here.. and I wouldn't trade it for any other. She's perfect for me. Although, I like 1st and 3rd gen too. Might take awhile for the 4th to grow on me though.

3rd generation 4runner here. Love it, but slowly making mods to make it more fun to drive.

I own a 2nd gen. Great reliable vehicle. I never felt safer driving through 17" of snow. I got stuck in an ice rut that was pulling me off the road into a ditch. I gave her the gas and was able to power (I use that term loosely) out of it. Not like the Explorer I saw in the ditch back a 1/2 mile. He was on his cell phone calling for a tow.

1st Gen and I LOVE it! There's a pic of it under the member's rigs section of the YotaTech community forum.

1st Gen, purely due to the style, removeable hard-top, used for DD/trail rig.

First Gen. I love it. Although if they had the removable top in a 4 door ... I'd be all over it!
