some 3vze come stock with a little one tacked on the side of the block.

And would you believe that the retail price for one of those little oem gems is $581.70?! If cooling the oil was so important then why didn't they put a real oil cooler on?

Its because its got a bunch! of coils inside for the coolant. fairly complex little heat exchanger.

yes, although by no means mandatory. But it can never hurt.

mk3 supra turbo's come with fairly nice oil cooler stock. might call up your local junk yard and see if you can get ahold of one cheap.
