locker install - adjuster retainers
I installed my detroit locker into my rear v6 housing today. It rides well and seems to be functioning properly. The only issue that I have is that I forgot to reinstall the adjuster nut retainers. I know that I should take it back off and reinstall them, but I really don't want to do it again for a bit. Has anybody used a rear third without these retainers and for what length of time? I'm hoping ZUK will chime in as well.
I really don't want to tear back into it this week, but I do have a wheeling trip on Sunday.
