Homebrew Shovel and Axe mounts
Picked up some discontinued bike rack parts from a local bike shop. Home Despot for conduit clamps, eye screws and washers. less than $30 for all the parts.

I'm trying to figure out a good way to lock them up there so the tweekers don't boost them. Maybe a U-lock for a bike around the roof rack and the handles.
