i am in love with the toyota beige/tan color they used in the early 80s, i have seen it on an 85 and a 1st gen 4x4 pickup (sry superjoe83 but this pic helps...https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f77/joes-profile-36265/...look at the 2nd post with the pic with the 1st gen pickup there...thats the color) can anyne tell me the actual name for this color so i can get it? i searched and found the code#577 "cream" color to sorta match (at http://www.paintscratch.com, i seached 83 p/u), not sure tho any help would be great, thanks in advance!

Have you tried stopping in at a local bodyshop and see if they have that color in computer?

Most paint shops will have a color selection by year and manufacture.
Colors may not have a name, but they'll have a paint code.

thanks for all the links! they helped me out alot and i found out that the color is #577 Creme...any ideas on where to inquire about picking sum up, like at a store (ie NAPA?)
