Just acquired a '92 4Runner which I had to finish up engine assembly (previous owners started head gasket replacement). Truck runs and drives now but it runs rough. Is there anyone in Indiana that would look over to make sure everything is assembled correctly and find out what my issue might be? I think the timing is out of wack and I don't have enough experience with these types of motors. Any help would be appreciated and I apologize if this is in the wrong forum topic. Do you have a timing light? Whats it timed at?

You could try to rotate the distributor and see if it runs better.
