Head gasket set questions

I'm replacing a head gasket on my 86 22re. I ordered a gasket set made by DNJ. I've read many places on this site that they make quality gaskets and many site posters recomend them. The first gasket I tried to install, is the the water passage cover on the back of the head. The gasket appears to be cut wrong, and I would be uncomfortable using it. I've included pics of the gasket in place. What would you guys do? Is this normal gasket fit. It's been a while since I've replaces any gaskets,, but these seem pretty far off, and these are the first 2 I've checked out. Is it possible this is for the wrong year?
Back side of head, 4 out of the5 bolts in place to show alignment lower water passage not aligned.

Every DNJ branded thing I have ever had my hands on has been chinese slave labor junk.
Not only are the gaskets poorly cut, they are little more than plain cardboard.
Short of genuine Toyota gaskets, Ishino/Stone makes good high quality Toyota gaskets.
When you get a high quality gasket set in hand and make a comparison in the materials and cutting, you'll get an education.

I agree with you and wouldn't run them either. I don't think they are the wrong ones, they are just poor quality. Sorry to see this. Can you return the kit?
