I don't know how many miles are on the '96, but I would think it's worth 2 to 3 thousand more...
(than an '85 in good shape)
But, there are a lot of variables, overall condition,body work, add-ons etc...

 

Yeah, $7k for a 22 year old truck is a lot of dough even with all of the upgrades.
