Tried to search forums on this but no success.
Basically, the idea is to take injectors out, take off all replaceable parts (O rings, caps etc.). Then take an ordinary ultrasonic cleaner (the one you can buy to clean jewelry or glasses etc.), fill it with acetone and immerse injectors into it in a way that only metal part (tip) of an injector is submerged - hanging it up, maybe, on the thread? Turn it on, wait 3 minutes, ding! and it comes out clean.
Then replace all serviceable parts (get them from Toyota).
Has anyone tried this at home and would it work? I know I know, there are companies that do that for a reasonable price, however they are not accesible to all of us

Most of the cleaners are cycling cleaing fluid through the injector while it is operating and ultrasonic cleaning.

I don't see how your method would do much good, exceop clean the outside.

Well, who says we can't cycle them while in the tank? An injector is a simple solenoid valve, isn't it - so apply 12V to it and it will open. I don't really see that as a problem...?
BTW the WitchHunter Performance (thanks for the link!) do not flow any liquid through the injector while cleaning - just cycle. I cannot see an easy way to flow liquid through it and at the same time have inducer operating effectively _inside_ of the injector. If they are cycled then ultrasonic waves can at least penetrate inside and clean the nozzle - but you need to flush them afterwards, of course.
