flopping the hitch

i was just wondering who here had flopped their trailer hitch and cut through their bling bling bumper?

I know i dont have the $$$ for a custom bootayy. so i thought that by flipping the hitch, so that the reciever is higher, would give me a better departure angle....any thoughts?

Thanks Shan! You beat me too it!

A number of folks have flipped the hitch - I'm pretty sure that the mod originated here on YT. Here's The original thread.

I did one on my friends 1997 4runner and itlooked great. The only problem with the flip is it is hard to get the cross pin in and out for the hitch. It took us about an hour too.
