the tocoma and hilux both use the the prado frame. From the research I have done, indicates the hilux has a narrower body then the current tacoma. other then that the interior is the same. The drive train is the same as well, although here in the U.S. we do not get the D4D diesel.

Just do some google searches, all the info. is at your finger tips.

I like how the 2***(sorry teuf) posts before yours completely disregarded every logical post i put before that explaining the hilux situation, lol.

Maybe I should have stated new pickup with DIESEL engine instead of Hilux.
