I posted a topic like this before, where we basically left me with 2 options:
1) Get a replacement of the same from that James guy who prints them

or 2) Just spray black right over the decal

So I don't want the same design, and I would go for the 2nd option for a flat black (to get rid of the poor fade design) except that the decal is starting to chip off. So I'm gonna replace the whole thing.

Has anyone replaced this with anything decent-looking? I'm looking for a flat black design, but not stupid flames or anything. Something that is actually nice to look at it.

So you want to paint the decals a solid color like black? Maybe try and photoshop what you're looking for before you actually paint it.

I know everyone has there own opinion but I don't think that will look very good when its all said and done.

As for the emblems, Wabbit hit it dead on with the fishing line. Check any tuner forum and thats what they all do.

Edit: Guess I should finish reading your postings before I reply. I see you now want to remove the decals altogether and paint on a new design. Anyway I think doing some work in photoshop would be good.
