cold star problems!

ok so far i've replaced the tank, pump, fuel filter, air filter, fuel lines plugs wires. cleaned the t/b a few times. and cant figure out why. whenver i leave the truck alone to cool down. it won't start for atleast 10 seconds or many cranks. i let it cool down over night then went out and unscrewed the line from the filter and it blew gas out so i can tell its holding plenty of power all night. i checked the fuel lines from front to back and back to front. it's getting really annoying and once the cold cold weather gets here i'm afraid she isn't going to start.
