Clicking from the front

I have searched and haven't found an answer yet to my problem. I've got a 98 4Runner. When I start it and pull forward, I hear a click from the right front side of my truck after moving about 10-15 feet. It only seems to make the noise when she has been sitting, not when I've been driving around. There are 120k miles on it and I don't know if I'm just over listening or not. Thanks

- Lou
