Dish soap is fine, but I found chemtool b12 carb cleaner to be the best along with a toilet bowl brush and a set of engine cleaning brushes to scrub it out. Also, if you have the egr hooked up, you can use a long thin steel tube (forget the diameter) to scrape all the junk out.

Someone else 'll have to help you on that one. I just had my old injectors cleaned and tested at the machine shop. It cost $85 and they came out great.

I used oven cleaner to clean my 22re intake manifold and it worked amazingly good. You have to remove all sensors and electronic parts first and you cant let the cleaner sit too long in the manifold or it will start to eat away the aluminum.

I think Rock Auto sells connectors. I get my connectors from http://www.connectorsfast.com/

Did the electrical connector or rubber insulator break? If it was just the rubber (probably seems more like crumbly hard plastic by now) then you'll get a new set along with the injectors anyway. You never want to reuse fuel gaskets, even copper o-rings should be replaced every time.
