Best gasket maker when using synthetic in rear?

I put Amsoil Severe Gear in the rear of my 91 about 6 months ago. Now, I am getting some gear oil seepage. I did my rear with black Permatex about 4 years ago. Is it just coincidence, or should I try a different gasket maker?

I always use Ultra Copper, just 'cuz I only have to have one kind then...

Sure it's oil seepage, not just condensation on the third?

Diff breather OK? You don't want to be building up pressure in there...

Yeah, it's rear end grease. I wiped it with my finger, and I'm sure. I have heard good things about Permatex Right Stuff. I'll give that a try.

That's the best stuff I've found. A tube of "the right stuff" will handle all automobile applications.
