Bad valve?

Long story short my pickup started running rough. Bad miss at idle mainly. Drove great very small power loss. Drove it like this for a few days started getting worse so I parked it in the shop. No blow by and did not feel like a dead cylinder still had great power.

22r in my 85 pickup
compression check
cyl 1- 155
cyl 2- 0-10 very low sometimes wouldn't register on gauge. Wet test yielded same results
cyl 3 158
cyl 4- 160

leak down test cyl 2 TDC compression stoke had a large amount of air blowing out the exhaust pipe only
all other cylinders were great.

So with these results pointing at a bad exhaust valve I tore the head off expecting to see something obvious and this was all I can find.
theres a discolored spot that may be a "hot spot" (top of exhaust valve in picture)

and at at that spot when I spin the valve it looks like it's out of round or warped. What do you guys think? Is this my issue? See video attached Focus on white spec at the bottom of valve seat

Valve is cooked. If a valve seals tight you can put light oil or kerosene in the intake, or exhaust port, and it won't seep through.

Yup valve is definitely smoked... 10w30 motor oil comes out in a stream almost. Thanks for the reassurance!!
