I just wanted to post a link to a website that has a great automotive dictionary. I've noticed a lot of questions on this forum in all categories that folks may not be asking if they perhaps had a deeper understanding of automotive theory.

I claim to be no expert, but I do consider myself a student of the game. I know a lot of folks think I'm full of it because their own experience is contrary to what I've posted. I really only offer what I believe to be accurate information. I've never claimed to know everything. "Only a fool thinks he is a wise man, a wise man knows he is a fool." -unknown

I would like to appeal to folks to think a little beyond their own personal vehicle and try and understand a little more general theory. And to that end realize that perhaps their experience on one single occasion doesn't set the rule for how something works, or how to carry out a certain procedure.

Moderators, feel free to move or delete this. I'm not exactly sure if I'm breaking the rules, but I'm not trying to offend anyone.
