amsoil 0w-20

Just wondering if anyone is using this yet.

with gas prices expected to hit a national average of $4 a gallon, i'm looking at as many ways to save $ as i can think of.

Any opinions on running this in Arizona? Too light?

Thanks
Carl

I'm curious about this. Seems popular and standard for the newer hondas. However i'm more concerned of the reliability of lifelong service of my toyota. So ill stick with my amsoil/mobil 0/5- 30wt oil = )

I would think it would be too light for a Toyota.

not sure which type is projected to reach $4, probably premium. And it also depends on who you believe. The government says no way, but market analysts say it appears quite possible.

my main concern is using this oil while wheelin' in the summer heat of arizona. I too think it may be too light.

A budy who races says it shouldn't be a rpoblem because of the amount of additives they put in oil these days, but also pointed out that in arizona we are at the limits of extreme conditions.
