Going to do that tomorrow.. thanks for the advice.. still cant figure out where it might have been though.. really weird.

well workign at les schwab i see soemone come in every once in awhile usually on a tow truck with a compeltly trashed brake rotors, bumpers and most everything else important. But any way my uncle is into the jeep thing and has a pretty cool rig. Anyway awhiel back he had a regear done and the shop improperly installed the axel shaft c clip and whatever else holds it on there on a heep and next day on the way to work, 70 mph on the floating bridge in seattle the whole right rear axle assembly decide to pull out. The 38 tsl actually stuck in the windsheild of a ladies car lucky on the passenger side.

If you had something like this happen to you, you'd know it wasn't kinda funny (I know from experience)

You should check the condition of the spare tire hanger periodically too.
My spare was there one day and a few weeks later I was at my mechanic with my baby on the hoist and it was gone... I hope it did'nt kill anyone...

Sorry that happened, really not cool. Had that acutally happen to me in my GF's Honda coming back from Seattle, we pulled over and I checked the wheels and evrything else and couldn't figure it out--we got home and for some reason I didn't first check the lugs...2 studs had broken off and only one lug was pretty much holdin the darn thing on, SCARY! Time to invest in locking lugs $20 at Schwab.
