does anyone have a source for grade 8 all thread?

Why do you need allthread? Would a long bolt work?

You may won't find any, look instead for Grade B7 or B16 alloy steel (in SAE sizes) threaded rod. It is about 125K psi yield strength, approximating a Grade 8 bolt. And yes, the above sources may have what you are looking for (it is somewhat expensive).
