Question Aftermarket Auto shifters

Does anyone know of a company that makes a replacement automatic shifter for the A340's like what B&M sells for Chevy, Ford, Dodge?
I am talking of the shifter on the floor not the aftermarket electric units(been there done that).
Is there a demand for that? What are the hardcore offroad guys using?
Thanks,

most are using the manuals, so not much demand for that. I don't have any problems with the stock shifter, what's yours?

Shifter

Mine is stock but I was thinking something like a B&M might be a nice touch. I use my electric shift setup for normal driving but I was considering combining the two??????? Just a what if type of idea.
