A340H vs A340E? Help ASAP!

A340H vs A340E? Help ASAP!
does anyone know what the differences are? i believe i have the A340H in my 93 truck and an A340E in my donor 97 4runner. if my bellhousings don't match for the 3.4 swap can i change the bellhousings or what? Need an Answer ASAP!
