Can anyone tell me if the stock tire winch can be used with a BCC bumper installed?
I don't want a rear tire carrier but I need a spare I can use still. Also, Is the hitch and shackle tabs standard, or extra?

I think it may be my "tax return" mod this year.

Thanks!

are those frame mounts 1/4" sheet? If so, be very carefull if you had to pull the back from the side. I did it recently on my rear bumper with 1/4" thick frame mounts, and the bent. Im gonna have to do some repair, and add some triangulated trusses from the frame mount to the bumper. /|\ (<---like that)

edit: AMAZING BUMPER THO!!!!

I had to make some mods too to mine and the swing arm needed some additional bracing and the Spring Pin latch is being changed for a Mcmaster Carr latch like on the Kaymar. Other than that it is a great bumper.

Better than stock. Plus if you smack it hard it ain't gonna hurt it.

yeah....thats what I thought. But for 800 bucks, IMO, you shouldnt have to do crap to it, and it should cook you friggin breakfast on top of it all.

I would check with him. I sent him several suggestions and I am sure he will build it the way you want. I am still happy with it even know I had to make some modifications. The mods I did were more for me than anything else.

Just made final payment on mine.

A 4Runner model with no tire carrier, back up light mounts AND back up lights with all mountinh hardware came to $890 US with shipping. Without the reverse lights it would only be $745. Not too bad of deal I think, he was a joy to deal with and I can't wait till it gets here.
