I have a 4:88 ifs diff in front right now, im soon doing a sas on my 4runner curious as to instead of buying a new front diff with 4:88s could i use the ring and pinion from my current one, and save me money. Any input is apprciated thanks.

IFS is a 7.5" ring gear in the front and the straight axle you will be swapping for is a 8" ring gear same as the rear axles.

 

ok thanks so technially i would need an 8" ring gear for a 4:88 diff.
