22ret bellhousing swap on g52 gearbox help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hey guys i have an australian toyota landcruiser bundera 4x4 petrol (rj70)that runs a 22re with a g52 gearbox.i think in the usa you call it a prado 2 .anyways the deisel version runs the strong r151f turbo box that i want to put behind my 22re in my bundera.but in australia the r151f gearbox bolts to a 2lte which makes the bellhousing different .the bellhousing i need is the 22ret bellhousing that only usa have got.i know how rare they are so im not going to bother ringing salvage yards at 3am from aussie land lol.so i rang toyota in the us and they said they are still avaliable but are very expensive.so before i go ahead and buy one from toyota usa to send to my brother in new jersey to sent to me in australia i need to be 100% on two things because i was telling a mate about wat i was doing and he made me realise that the usa trucks are left hand drive would this change the starter motor and clutch slave cylinder side for some stupid reason? like the clutch master being on the usa drivers side ?.i need the starter and slave on the usa passenger side is this how the 22ret trucks are over there.could someone please shed some light on this thanks in advance!
