1996 RAV4 window relay

1996 RAV4 window relay
Back passenger window open but don't close, change master control and keep the same...Voltage arrive one way but does no change to other position, windows open only at the passenger seat, when try to control from driver does not work. Motor was tested separately with a 12v and open/close with no problem!!!
