I just purchased a 1986 long bed toyota factory turbo pickup. The truck has 89,000 original miles. It has a clean body with no rust but needs a paint job. The brakes, brake lines, fuel lines, fuel pump, 2.5" exhaust, and a new rust free frame was put on. I bought the truck for $4500. Did i do good?? I have had many toyotas but never the turbo truck. only thing is when you start the truck it idles rough for a few seconds then is good. but it did shut off on me the other day, (I had the truck in netural going down a hill and it just shut off), hasnt happend since then. As much info and thoughts are very much welcome!!!! Thanks!
