Ok so im about to do a lift on my 94 toy. I made my own lift shackles for rear and i also got the 2 1/2 inch ifs lift kit. My question is after i install the front ifs lift do i need to reset my Caster and Camber and also my alinment? What do i need to have done after i install the frint ifs kit?

You don't say what kit you purchase or what was included, but yes you need an alignment done by a qualified person (understands the required adjustments for a lift) if it is a street vehicle.
I don't fully understand all these but for an example, ball joint spacers can alter the steering rotation angle (moves the center line) similar to changing wheel rim backspacing. (Typically the pivot point of steering if you run an imaginary line through it will be in the center of the tire tread. There is a second imaginary line from this steering angle that intersects the middle of the rear axel that the draglinks use..)
Bottom line yes, loosening anything in there except the anti sway bar pretty much means it needs an alignment.
