What transmission do I need

I have an 86 pickup 4X4 with a 22r and I just pulled the tranny. The guy at the Junkyard said there were a couple different trannys that were used in this model year truck. any body have any ideas?

From this chart it looks like it would be a G52 or G54. I belive either will work.

You could pretty much use anything. It "came" with a g52/g54...or you could use a w-series tranny. I am using a g54 behind my 22re, which they never mated them together originally.
