What size shocks on 4" lift?

So it's time for new shocks all around. It's a 95 4runner with a 4" trail master lift so I'm not sure what size to get.
I'm going with bilstiens and was able to find measurements for the front but not the back.
Looked around but couldn't get a solid answer.
Does anybody know The optimum length or the best way to measure?
Thanks

Best way to measure us to completely flex out the back of the truck. From full bump to full droop. Once you have your extended and collapsed lengths you can buy the appropriate size shock. My guess is you'll need a 12" travel shock.
