What is this part? Help!

Hey guys! I've been lurking here for awhile and finally registered. Thanks for your collective wisdom!
I'm rebuild my 1993 22re 5-speed truck, RWD. Shortly after I pulled the block out/removed the flywheel I found this on the ground: WTF!

Does anyone know what it is? Toyota seemed to think it belonged in there, so I should probably put it back. But where? I'm really screwed on this one. Could have dropped off earlier in disassembly. No threads inside. That it's caked with filth doesn't mean it wasn't in the bell housing - the inside was filthy too. Locating it in the Haynes manual is impossible. Thanks for your help, this is about my only hope.

Looks like the spacer that goes under the motor mount

It might space the big lower coolant line to the block. I think it was grime-glued to the block and dropped off. I really don't know though.

Thanks for your responses. I can't see where it would be at those locations though. Any other ideas?
Exactly the same diameter opening as this hanger.

There is no spacer there. I'm pretty sure it goes to the mount

Edit. I just checked mine. Oil filter side engine mount top right hole.
