Wanted to intro myself...

I never made an official newbie thread because I didn't have a 4runner yet and was looking for info/ trucks for sale.
Well I finally found my yota. Here are the specs...
98 V6 Sr5 Manual w/ E-locker, Leather, sunroof and 67000 miles on her.

I am very stoked to get working on her as I cant wait to hit the trails here in Colorado. Ive been searching hi and low because I wanted a late 3rd gen w/ the elocker. I didn't find a 99 or 00 like I originally wanted but I though the one I got was too good to pass up as it has super low miles and everything I was looking for (especially the fact that shes a 5 speed w/ elocker).

I dont have any pics right this moment and Im currently too lazy to go out and snap one. But ill post some up soon. Not like you guys haven't seen one before...

Dont have much offroading background yet but Ive been doing a lot of reading and have gone wheeling w/a few friends out here (which is what got me wanting a 4wd in the first place). Mainly Im a VW enthusiast at heart and put most of my blood sweat and tears into my beloved VW.
But its cool to change it up for a bit as Im always interested in learning new things and am pretty excited to get a few things done to my truck so she can handle some trails out here.

Anyways enough babbling... just thought I would formally into myself...

Welcome,
some of us (Denver people) have been known to take a trip to the spring for some wheeling, keep an eye in the "trip planning" looking forward to wheeling with ya.
