Vacuum Leak, rough idle, hard cold starts
newbie here - looking for some suggestions from the heads on here to help with my exhaust problem for my 86 pickup with a 22r…
What I’ve done so far: cleaned PVC valve and repaclaced the gasket (it was literally just floating on there with no gasket and completely gummed up)
I’ve visually inspected a lot of the hoses and while some are covered in carbon most are fine (a couple with some bloat). I have yet to do a thorough vacuum check with the engine running.
However! I took the heat shield off of the manifold and the gasket looks like garbage. Additionally, there’s a significant amount of carbon build up around spark plugs 1 & 4.
Attaching a video and I’m super eager to hear what y’all think. I’m open ears!
