truck wont start

not sure why but my truck wont fire up. i had a broken chain guide and milled the head and also put a new cam in. the timing is right unless it should be diffrent from stock the machine shop said no timing ajustments would be needed the compresion is great but it seems like the injectors are not spraying all hooked up grounds are good any idea

year of truck? Type of motor 22R series or 3.0?
sure you aren't a tooth off on the timing chain when you put the new cam in?

i believe you pulled the distributor out didnt you? If so you need to set timing. Just fyi you have to cross the pins in the computer on the diagnostic port to set the timing the right way. Do a search on how to set the timing i believe there are tons of threads on this.
