Trans lines at radiator

Trans lines at radiator

Is there an in and out on the trans lines going into the radiator? In other words, can you hook the lines up backwards?

Usually the cooler is just in the lower tank of the radiator, so no real difference in the lines as far as temps go, so no real in or out.

Mine are marked on the rubber hose part, red is hot from trans, and blue is return
