Was wondering why there would be some wear marks on the knuckle, looks like its hitting the housing it sits in. Any ideas why this would be??? Bent axle? Bearing??
Thanks in advance..

Pics wouldbe helpful. On the inside of the knuckle ball, it generally has some weird grinding patterns from the factory. That may be what you're seeing.

Otherwise it could be the bronze bushing on the inside of the spindle is worn down, or a loose Birfield maybe?
