Exclamation Tires and Lift

i have a 2002 4runner and was wondering if i installed a 2.5" lift and put on 33" x 12.5" tires how bad would they rub if any at all? thanks

33" tire w/ 16 inch wheels, right? If so, you'd probably rub a ton.

Do you have running boards, if so, you'll rub on them. You'll probably rub on the front valence of your bumper and possibly on the front mud guards.

Note: the problem isn't the "33" it's the "12.5". 33x10.50 will fit no problem (will actually fit with no lift...)

Yes, width is the problem. They will rub on your upper control arms, frame rails, and fenders.

i think 33's will rub on a 2002 that is stock... they sit 1" lower or so... id recommend the lift if youre going up to 33's.
