so i want to tint my windows. but i have no idea how much and what all the numbers mean or where to go. so what should i look out for? what is good? how much will it cost. mostly just the back windows and the back seat windows and then a lil less tint on the front seat windows.

if there are any pics out there that would be sweet

godzilla, the thread was moved after 86 posted his response. and yes, this topic is an oft asked one and a search would be good.

search words: tint percentage and tint cost are two that i'd start with

 

1. go to 'Advanced Search'
2. type the word 'tint'
3. select Search Titles only
4. click submit (search now button)
5. shazam! theres about 35 threads that will keep ya busy for awhile.

 

Now only if you could teach about 374 other people that trick!!

 

You live close to me and i have a buddy who has a tinter in his shop. He does some pretty good work, as far as i know he has pretty fair prices.
If you want Pm me and i will get you my buddies shop # and you can get a quote over the phone for the tinting.
