Timing chain 22re

This is my first post and i just put a timing chain on my 1991 Toyota pick up and lined up the marks on the sprockets but the question is if the chain jumped could the cam sprocket be off one complete revolution from the cam sprocket?

One full revolution (360 degrees) would put it back where it was to begin with. Typically they only jump one or two teeth if anything.
