Third Member Question

I have searched the forums and have not been able to find this answer or if I have i was in to much of a hurry to notice it. Thanks in advance for you input, and dont scorn me to badly if the answer was already under my nose.

Will the third members from 1996 to 98 4runner 6cyl 4x4 work in a 91 4cyl 4x4 pickup?

I believe they are 4.88 since they are from an auto as well. I hope they will fit, i was told to get them for no charge.

No. And not only that, you can't go by what gears came out of what...

My 93 4Runner has 4:56's... So there!
Had a 91 parts 4Runner and it had 4:11's

Both were AT.

Look on the door jam. Factory 31" tires had 4:88's

Only the E-Diff TRD is 8" and will interchange with minor modifications to the housing.

Wow nice, I always wondered about the different diffs and interchangeability, if that's even a word.
